The QualityRights Regional face to face training-of-trainers for the northern zone took of today in Tamale.
The regional training focuses on mental health workers practicing in the regions as well as persons with lived experiences. The northern zone brings together 26 mental health personnel selected from from districts in all the regions, more than 5 persons with lived experience, 6 regional facilitators and 2 national facilitators.
This training is one of the is a face-to-face activity under the courtesy of the QualityRights Ghana initiative to help reform mental health services, and promote the human rights of people with psychosocial and intellectual disabilities in Ghana.
